My name is Rose and my mission is to offer you my expertise so that you can get more time back in your day to offer yours.
Here is a little about my professional career to date: I stared working in the energy industry in 2012 and have spent a majority of my career as a Contract Support Specialist for small, medium, and large business customers. My corporate role involves the preparation of contracts and agreements, end-to-end processing of on-boarding customer's as per their signed agreement and assisting in the management of the customer's account throughout their life-cycle. I get to work with a wide array of both internal and external stakeholders, apply root-cause analysis, problem solve and deliver long-term solutions for a better customer experience.
In 2021 I was blessed to become a first-time mum and my new role naturally shifted my focus in life. I begun to contemplate leaving the corporate world to start my own business in order to have more flexibility and a work-life/family balance. I love working and pride myself in my attention to detail, passion for continuous improvement and reliability. I don’t believe that being a mum should mean I have to give up work – rather I must find a new way to approach it. This is why I am choosing to offer my experience to your business as a Virtual Assistant.I want to work with you and together we can figure out where I can add value to your working day.
